CITY OF MONTICELLO
FY 2012-13 Budget Amendments 
Notice is hereby given that the FY 2012-13 Budget Amendments Public Hearing has been moved to June 25, 2013; Monticello City Council will receive comments on the Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2012-13. The hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Monticello City Office, 17 North 100 East. Copies of the budgets are available for public inspection in the office of the City Treasurer.
The public is invited to attend all City meetings. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend these Public Hearings may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three days prior to the hearing.

The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the Main Entrance, San Juan County Public Safety Building, 297 South Main Street, Monticello, Utah, on July 12, 2013, at 12:00 p.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed on October 19, 2006 by Gerald L. Schierman, as trustor, in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., covering the following real property purported to be located in San Juan County at 33 Mountain View Drive, Monticello, UT 84535 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address), and more particularly described as:
Lot 42, BLUE MOUNTAIN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, NO. 2, according to the official plat thereof filed in San Juan County, Utah.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.

The current beneficiary of the trust deed is Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the notice of default is Gerald L. Schierman.
The sale is subject to bankruptcy filing, payoff, reinstatement or any other circumstance that would affect the validity of the sale.  If any such circumstance exists, the sale shall be void, the successful bidder\'s funds returned and the trustee and current beneficiary shall not be liable to the successful bidder for any damage.
Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 12:00 noon the day following the sale.  The deposit must be in the form of a bank or credit union cashier\'s check or bank official check payable to eTitle Insurance Agency.  The balance must be in the form of a wire transfer, bank or credit union cashier\'s check, bank official check or U.S. Postal money order payable to eTitle Insurance Agency.
