PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION
	The City of Moab Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.
	The purpose of this Public Hearing is to solicit public input on a proposed zone change from R-3 Residential to C-2 Commercial Residential for 1.1 acres located at 62 East 100 North as requested by the City of Moab. 
	The proposed zone change application is available for public review at the Moab City Planning Office located at 217 East Center Street and on the website at www.moabcity.org. Written public comment may be directed to the Planning Department at the listed address. To ensure that the Planning Commission has the opportunity to review written comments prior to the meeting, written comments will only be accepted until 5 pm the day prior to the public hearing.

	On 23 May 2013, Utah State University of Agriculture and Applied Science filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission in Washington D.C. for renewal of the license for FM Translator Station K230AY, Green River, Utah. The transmitter site is located south of Green River. The station operates on Channel 230 with an effective radiated power of .028 kilowatts. The station rebroadcasts the programming of KUSU-FM, Logan. Individuals who wish to advise the FCC of facts relating to the renewal application and to whether this station has operated in the public interest may file comments and petitions with the FCC, Washington, D.C. 20554.

	The City of Moab will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at approximately 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah.
	The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on Proposed Resolution #09-2013 - A Resolution Amending the Fiscal Year 2012/2013 Budget. 
	This public hearing was previously scheduled for June 11, 2013 and is now rescheduled.

	Sealed bids for improvements to the Green River Municipal Airport, A.I.P. Project No. 3-49-0010-10, will be received by the City of Green River at the City Offices, 460 East Main, P.O. Box 620, Green River, Utah 84525 until June 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., MDT and then opened and read aloud.

	For a complete set of Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents all purchases must be made through our website at www.armstrongconsultants.com. A digital copy may be downloaded for $50.00. A hardcopy may be purchased for $100.00 for each set. There will be no refunds.
	Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier\'s Check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid made payable to the City of Green River, or by a Bid Bond in like amount executed by a Surety Company.
	The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and he/she must bid on all items of every schedule. The City of Green River reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the opening thereof.
	A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Green River Municipal Airport on June 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., MDT. All bidders are advised to examine the site to become familiar with all site conditions.
	The proposed contract is under and subject to Executive Order 11246 of 24 September 1965, as amended and to the equal opportunity clause and the Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications, including the goals and timetables for minority and female participation.
	A Certification of Nonsegregated Facilities must be submitted prior to the award of the proposed contract, including any subcontracts in excess of $10,000.00.
	The proposed contract is subject to the provisions of Department of Transportation Regulations 49 CFR Part 26 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation).
	Minimum wage rates as established by the Secretary of Labor are applicable to all schedules awarded for this project.
