NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications requesting an EXTENSION OF TIME WITHIN WHICH TO SUBMIT PROOF OF BENEFICAL USE have been filed with the State Engineer. It is represented that additional time is needed to place the water to beneficial use in Sevier county. Persons objecting to an application must file a CLEARLY READABLE protest stating FILING NUMBER, REASONS FOR OBJECTION, PROTESTANTS` NAME AND RETURN ADDRESS, and any request for a hearing.
