The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 1, 2017 in the Nephi City Council Chambers located at 21 E 100 N at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a proposal to reduce the amount of water needed for a single family home from 2 acre feet to 1 1/2 acre feet, to require that all of the water pledged is culinary water and not irrigation water, to adopt a new small subdivision ordinance.
