NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 3, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Grand County Courthouse, the Grand County Council will hold a public hearing to hear public comment on a Conditional Use application for Frehner Construction, a Mining and Extractive Use, (extract sand and gravel for use on a UDOT project). Located in Green River, approximately 2 miles north of the Interstate on Hastings Road, Parcel # 04-016-0045.
