Judgment was been entered against defendant Jaguar Associated Group, LLC in favor of plaintiff CS Vandalay Holdings, LLC in the Fourth Judicial District Court of Utah County in the amount of $999,539.00. The entire balance remains unpaid.
YOU ARE THEREFORE commanded to collect the above-described judgment, together with the costs of this execution, and to levy on and sell enough of the defendant's non-exempt real and personal property to satisfy the judgment, which shall be augmented by interest, costs and fees. If sufficient non-exempt personal property cannot be found, then you are commanded to satisfy the judgment out of the non-exempt real property of the defendant.
Within sixty (60) days after your receipt of this writ, return this writ with a statement of certification of your doings in completing this service.

TO THE SHERIFF OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH:
Attached hereto is a Writ of Execution and Order of Sale which has been issued by this Court.
You are directed to take into your possession and sell enough of the property of defendant Jaguar Associated Group, LLC to satisfy the judgment which has been awarded to plaintiff. Such property shall include, but shall not be limited to, defendant's real property located at 3322 North Cottonwood Lane, Provo, Utah and more particularly described as follows:

Lot 51, Plat B, contained within Woods at Riverside, a Planned Unit Development, according to the official plat thereof on file and of record in the Utah County Record- er's office.

The above-described property further includes "all fixtures, appliances, machinery, furniture, and equipment of any nature whatsoever, and other articles of personal property now or at any time installed in, attached to, or situated in or upon" the Subject Property.
