NOTICE

NOTICE
In accordance with Utah law, Section 20A-5-405 and Section 20A-5-101 (4) Utah State Code, the notice of election and sample ballot is hereby given to all registered voters residing in the City of Pleasant Grove that the Municipal Primary will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2017. VOTING REQUIREMENTS: (1) be a United States citizen, (2) be a resident of Utah at least 30 days immediately before the next election, (3) be at least 18 years old by the next election, and (4) be a registered voter.
All voting for the 2017 Pleasant Grove City Municipal Election is being conducted by mail. You can return your ballot by regular mail, drop it off at the county offices by August 14, 2017. If you have questions about your ballot, lost or never received your ballot, made a mistake and need a new ballot please contact Utah County at 801-851-8128 before Election Day.
Pleasant Grove will have a “Voter Service Center” on Election Day only located at City Hall, 70 South 100 East from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. where voters can drop off their ballots, receive help with voting issues or to vote provisionally. Utah State law requires every voter to show proper identification at the Voter Service Center.
Additional Election information may be found at www.plgrove.org and vote.utah.gov. The election officer will post on the website any changes to the location of a polling place and location of any additional polling place if needed.

The candidates for the election are listed per the following sample ballot:
(Roy Spindler has withdrawn from the election, however, the ballots were printed prior to his withdrawal and his name remains on the ballot. Any vote for Roy Spindler will not be counted.)
