NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, herewith, advises all interested persons or groups that a Public Open House will be held for the draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed Haights Creek Irrigation Company Water Conservation Project. The proposed project would include abandoning and replacing approximately 1.3 miles of existing irrigation pipelines in Davis County, Utah. The project would also include the installation and replacement of flow meters and valves throughout the project area. A Public Open House will be held for this project on Tuesday, July 25, 2017; at the Kaysville City Administration Building (23 E. Center Street) in Kaysville, Utah from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Members of the public are invited to visit the open house at anytime during this period and are encouraged to provide comments on the project and the draft EA. The draft EA is available for review online at All comments on the draft EA received by August 3, 2017 will be considered in determining whether to execute a Finding of No Significant Impact and to authorize the action.
