The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder payable in lawful money of the United States at THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE SEVIER COUNTY DISTRICT COURT 895 EAST 300 NORTH, RICHFIELD, UT 84701 on 8/10/2017 at 1:15 PM of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed dated 8/8/2012 and executed by JOHN S JOHNSTON AND DIXIE C WILEY-JOHNSTON, HUSBAND AND WIFE as trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN FINANCIAL NETWORK INC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, recorded on 8/10/2012, as Instrument No. 00375605, in Book 0671, Page 1651, covering the following real property located in Sevier County, Utah and more particularly described as follows:
THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 3, BLOCK 10, PLAT “C”, RICHFIELD CITY SURVEY. A.P.N.: 1-39-34.
The current beneficiary of the trust deed is PennyMac Loan Services, LLC and the record owner(s) of the property as of the recording of the notice of default is/are JOHN S JOHNSTON and DIXIE C WILEY-JOHNSTON. The street address of the property is purported to be 264 NORTH 300 EAST, RICHFIELD, UTAH 84701. The undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address.
