NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT will hold a Public Hearing on July 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, in Heber City, to hear the following:
1. Kit Kosakowski is requesting an appeal of Wasatch County’s decision to not enforce an alleged requirement that the Stillwater Lodge be operated strictly as a condo-hotel, et al. The Stillwater Lodge is located at 1364 West Stillwater Drive in Section 24, Township 2 South, Range 4 East in the Jordanelle Basin Overlay Zone (JBOZ).
2. Attilio DiMarco, representing Poccet LLC, is requesting a variance from the North Village Code requirement for a 12’ build to line and that the garage of the home not be required to be 4 feet behind the front of the house on Lot 25 of the Jordanelle Ridge Subdivision Plat A. The property is located at 4935 N. Hillwood Dr. in Section 7 of Township 3 South, Range 4 East in the North Village Overlay Zone.
