Notice of Trustee's Sale The following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty, at the main entrance of the Second District Court Building, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah, on 6/20/17 at 10:30 AM, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Johnathan P. Hughes, as Trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation, D/B/A FMC Mortgage Company, its successors and assigns, recorded on 5/20/15, as Entry # 2736612, covering real property purportedly known as 1430 Cross Street, Ogden, UT 84404, and more particularly described as: Lot 2 and part of Lot 3, SUN-VIEW ADDITION NO. 1, Ogden City, Weber County, Utah: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence South 89°29' East 75 feet; thence Southerly to a point on the North line of Cross Street 3 feet Easterly along Cross Street from the Southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence Westerly along Cross Street 74.48 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 2; thence North 9°11' East 98.4 feet to the place of beginning.
