The Henefer Town Council will be holding a public hearing to review and
possibly approve an ordinance to amend all chapters of the Planning and
Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map.
The Public Hearing will begin at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at the
Henefer Town Hall.
Comments on the proposed code amendment can be made in person at the
Public Hearing or submitted in writing to Henefer Town, Inc. at PO Box
112, Henefer, Utah 84033, prior to 4:30 on the day of the public hearing.
If you wish to make a comment please contact the Town Clerk (336-5356) to
get on the Agenda.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals
needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the Town
Clerk, at (435) 336-5365 at least three days prior to the hearing.
