NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the South Main Entrance, Fifth Judicial District Courthouse, 206 West Tabernacle, St. George, Utah, on June 20, 2017, at 10:00 am, for the purpose of foreclosing a deed of trust dated March 1, 2006 and executed by Christian Vanleeuwen, as trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender, its successors and assigns, covering the following real property purported to be located in Washington County at 1436 North Liberty Greens Drive, Washington, UT 84780 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address), and more particularly described as: All of Lot 488, LIBERTY GREENS SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, on file in the office of the recorder of Washington County, State of Utah.
