NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale and in the manner set forth below, such public auction to be held at the front entrance of the Third District Courthouse for Summit County, 6300 North Silver Creek Drive, #A, Park City, Utah 84098 on June 20, 2017 at the hour of 11:00 a.m. for the purpose of foreclosing the Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust") dated January 17, 2002 and granted and conveyed by JACK J. JOHNSON, as Trustor, in favor of WASHINGTON FEDERAL (formerly Washington Federal Savings) as Beneficiary and Trustee. The Deed of Trust was recorded on April 17, 2008 as Entry No. 842338 in Book 1925 beginning at Page 157 of the Official Records of the County Recorder of Summit County, Utah. W. For information purposes only the Property has a reputed address of 5831 North Sagebrook Drive, Park City, Utah 84098 and tax parcel number SSS-3-417. The current beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is Washington Federal and the record owner of the Property as of the recording of the Notice of Default and Election to Sell is Jack J. Johnson. The Trustee's sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, encumbrances, or condition of the Property and the improvements on the Property. The Trustee disclaims any responsibility for any error in the legal description of the Property.
