NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PERRY CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 3005 South 1200 West in Perry, public hearings to receive public comment regarding (1) Resolution 17-16 Adopting the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Perry City Tentative Budget as a Final Budget; and (2) Resolution 17-17 Adopting a Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Perry City Budget Amendment. These public hearings, starting at approximately 7:15 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Council meeting, which starts at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. After each budget public hearing, the Tentative Budget (or Amendment) may be adopted, with or without changes, as a Final Budget (or Amendment) in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed Budgets are available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 3005 South 1200 West, Perry, Utah.
