Requesting Qualifications

San Juan County is requesting qualifications through a formal procurement process for consultants who can complete a general plan. Qualified individuals or firms must have a significant understanding of the State of Utah’s Land Use, Development, and Management Act for counties and must have experience working in San Juan County. The desired outcome is an analysis of growth and guide for development on private and county lands. Interested parties should visit for the RFQ packet. Please do not contact the county before reading the RFQ packet; after reading the packet please follow the described protocol and contact the county only via email.
The proposals shall be due at the Offices of the San Juan County Commission, 117 South Main Street, Post Office Box 9, Monticello, Utah 84535-0009 no later than 1:00 P.M. on Friday, June 2nd, 2017.
San Juan County reserves the right to reject and any all proposals, to waive any informality of any proposal and the right to award a contract to the individual or company that in the opinion of the County provides the best product and service to the county.
