NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Wednesday, 24 May 2017, 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center, 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items:
Ordinance 2017-06 / C-4 Zone (City Planner) - Proposed Ordinance 2017-06 Amending Title 16 (Land Use) of the Midway City Municipal Code to Add a C-4 Zone (Initially Proposed as the Tourism Overlay Zone). The Zone Would Cover the General Area from 400 East to 700 East along the North Side of Main Street. Recommended without Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.
Ordinance 2017-07 / C-4 Re-Zone (City Planner) - Proposed Ordinance 2017-07 Amending the Midway City Land Use Map to Re-Zone Six Parcels from C-2 and R-1-11 to C-4. The Re-Zone Would Cover the General Area from 400 East to 700 East along the North Side of Main Street. Recommended without Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.
Whimsy Willow / Plat Amendment (Kevin Payne) - A Request to Amend the Plat Map for the Whimsy Willow Subdivision Located at 1120 South Stringtown Road.
Tentative FY 2018 Budget / Public Hearing (Financial Officer) - The Adopted Fiscal Year 2017 Tentative Budget for Midway City.
