NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN UPDATED IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, A WRITTEN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND OF THE INTENT TO ADOPT REVISED IMPACT FEES FOR PARKS AND RECREATION, AND TRANSPORTATION
Notice is hereby given that Morgan County intends to adopt a revised Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and Impact Fee Enactment for the provision of Parks and Recreation, and Transportation. The County will hold a Public Hearing at the Morgan County Courthouse. The public hearing will begin at 5:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible) on June 6, 2017. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and Impact Fee Enactment. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome.
Copies of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis and proposed Impact Fee Enactment document are available for public review in the County Offices, on the County website, and in the public library in the County. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the County will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 801-845-6091 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended.
