NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the South Main Entrance, Fifth Judicial District Courthouse, 206 West Tabernacle, St. George, Utah, on May 23, 2017, at 10:00 am, for the purpose of foreclosing a deed of trust dated January 10, 2005 and executed by Adam F.
