Notice of Trustee's Sale The following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty, at the main entrance of the Davis County District Court, Farmington Department, 800 West State Street, Farmington, Utah, on 5/23/17 at 09:30 AM, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by James R. Johnston and Stephanie Johnston, as Trustors, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for 1ST National Lending Services, its successors and assigns, recorded on 6/28/06, as Entry # 2180096, covering real property purportedly known as 2201 North 2930 West, Clinton, UT 84015, and more particularly described as: Lot 86, SUNSHINE MEADOWS PHASE 4 SUBDIVISION, according to the Official Plat thereof as recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder. TAX # 14-298-0086. U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee relating to Chevy Chase Funding LLC Mortgage Backed Certificates Series 2006-3 is the current Beneficiary of the Trust Deed. Record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are reported to be James R. Johnston and Stephanie Johnston. The highest bidder must tender to the Trustee a $20,000 deposit in certified funds/cashier's check at time of sale. The deposit is forfeit and treated as additional sale proceeds if the bidder refuses to pay the balance of the bid price within 24 hours of the sale.
