Said sale will be made to pay the delinquent Assessments secured by the Notice of Lien in the amount of (See Exhibit “A”), together with all additional sums secured by the lien of said Notice of Delinquent Assessments including, without limitation, interest, late fees and penalties, as well as all costs of collection, including foreclosure fees and costs. This amount may increase this figure prior to sale. Said sale is subject to cancellation and/or postponement for any reason, or no reason, before or after commencement of bidding.
