The Colony at White Pine Canyon Phases 5A-5D Subdivisions

Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission in accordance with the Snyderville Basin Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on four subdivisions located at the Colony at White Pine Canyon, Park City Summit County, UT. The public hearing will be held:
Tuesday, April 25, 2017
Beginning at 6:00 p.m.

The applicant is requesting to plat the Colony Phase 5A-5D Final Subdivision Plats. Phase 5A consists of two lots and totals 21.33 acres. Phase 5B consists of four lots totaling 22.94 acres and an 11.83 acre ancillary parcel for a grand total of 34.77 acres. The ancillary parcel would serve as open space and would not be used for residential purposes. Phase 5C consists of four lots and totals 22.3 acres. Phase 5D consists of four lots and totals 10.96 acres.
