NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the Justice Complex, Court’s Building, 800 West State Street, Farmington, Utah 84025, on May 24, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated June 24, 2014, and executed by MATTHEW D LEE, MARRIED MAN, as Trustor, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. (“MERS”) SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR SECURITYNATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, A UTAH CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded on June 25, 2014, as Entry No. 2810348, in Book 6047, at Page 1003, in the Official Records of Davis County, State of Utah covering real property purportedly located at 2326 West 2075 North, Clinton, Utah 84015 in Davis County, Utah, and more particularly described as:
LOT 5, ASPEN MEADOWS, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE DAVIS COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE. Tax ID: 14-238-0005
The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION, and the record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are MATTHEW D. LEE AND ALICIA W. LEE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS.
Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day following the sale. Both the deposit and the balance must be paid to Lincoln Title Insurance Agency in the form of a wire transfer, cashier’s check or certified funds. Cash payments, personal checks or trust checks are not accepted.
