Sealed bids will be received by Duchesne County, at the Procurement Department office, 734 North Center Street, Duchesne, Utah, 84021 until 3:00 pm, April 21, 2017 and will be opened on April 24, 2017 for the Duchesne County Road Department Crack Sealing Project. Bid will be addressed to Michael Weldon at the above address.
The project consists of the crack sealing of approximately 55 centerline miles of existing roadways in Duchesne County.
Project Time: Completion Date of June 30, 2017.

Each bidder must submit a bid bond from an approved surety company on forms provided by the Board; or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier’s check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to Duchesne County as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and finish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any and or all bids is reserved.
