Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with section 10-3-19 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss a major amendment to the Canyons Resort Specially Planned Area Master Plan. The public hearing will be held:

Public hearing request to amend the Canyons Specially Planned Area Master Plan and Development Agreement, including the Land Use and Zoning Chart. The Canyons Development Agreement (DA) allocates the use, height, and maximum allowed square footage for each parcel within the Resort. The Development Agreement also included site specific design guidelines that include illustrative plans to help guide the design of each site. The proposed changes would re-allocate the existing square footage, modify heights of structures, clarify how maximum height is measured and also change the illustrative layout of the resort core, given the current as-built stage. The amendments will involve parcels RC-5, RC-7, RC-14, RC-15, RC-16, RC-17/18, RC-20, RC-21 and currently unplatted lands in the Lower Village neighborhood, LV-1A & 1B.
