Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with section 10-3-19 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action regarding an amendment to the Canyons Resort Specially Planned Area in the Aspen Creek Crossing Subdivision. The public hearing will be held:

Public hearing request to amend the Canyons Specially Planned Area Development Agreement, Land Use and Zoning Chart to exempt specific building areas for single family residences from the gross floor area calculations in the Aspen Creek Crossing Subdivision. This amendment is to apply specifically to Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18 and 19.
