MURRAY CITY CORPORATION REQUEST FOR BIDS BID NO. 17-01 SEALED BIDS must be received by April 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the office of the Murray City Recorder, 5025 South State Street, Room 115, Murray, Utah 84107, for the following construction project: 2017 SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT, ACCESS RAMPS AND CURB AND GUTTER THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED BY: GENERAL FUND PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project shall consist of removal of damaged concrete sidewalk and ramps and installation of new concrete sidewalk, access ramps, hand formed and slip formed curb and gutter. PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND BID FORMS will be available beginning March 20, 2017 online at bidsync.com or on CD at Murray City Public Services, 4646 South 500 West, Murray, Utah 84123. ANY QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Mr. Michael Pfeiffer, P.E., at (801)270-2454. A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $0 for each set of plans on CD is required. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT OPENING: 1. Bid forms provided. 2. Cashier or certified check or bid bond made payable to Murray City Corporation in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. WITHIN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION OF AWARD THE SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT: 1. Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, both in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the Bid. 2. Copy of Current Business License. 3. Copy of State Registration and/or License. If all required documents are not provided, the Bid will be disqualified.
