STATE STREET, SALT LAKE CITY, UT 84111 on 4/18/2017 at 9:00 AM of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed dated 2/22/2008 and executed by CHRISTINE TAYLOR, A SINGLE WOMAN as trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, recorded on 3/7/2008, as Instrument No. 10367419, in Book 9579, Page 4734-4751, covering the following real property located in Salt Lake County, Utah and more particularly described as follows:
