SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN SALT LAKE COUNTY ON SEPTEMBER 10, 2003, AS ENTRY NO. 8810292 IN BOOK 8879, AT PAGE 1529 (AS SAID DECLARATION MAY HAVE HERETOFORE BEEN AMENDED AND/OR SUPPLEMENTED).
