LUAB 17-001 Wayne Skabelund & Sons Business License Appeal
The proponents are appealing Logan City Planning Division denial of business license OL 17-16733. Planning staff determined that the business license request did not meet the allowances of a home occupation per Land Development Code (LDC) §17.43.020, as the owner and operator applying for the home occupation do not reside at the property where the application was made. The proponents indicate that as a family business, it is grandfathered and should be allowed to continue operations at 465 East 100 North in the Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) zone; TIN 06-082-0010, 06-082-0028.
