NOTICE OF INTENT TO ABANDON CANAL AND WATER CONVEYANCE EASEMENT

Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 75-13a-104, Central Utah Water Company
hereby notices its intent to abandon all its easements with no exceptions
for the entire section of the Central Utah Canal and associated water
conveyance facilities located downstream of Landis Check, including all
right, title, and interest of the Company relating thereto. This section of
the canal has been abandoned since 1989. The purpose of this Notice of
Intent is to record and ratify the abandonment which took place pursuant
to a resolution to abandon this section of canal approved by Central Utah
Water Company’s stockholders in 1989. The abandoned section of canal
is located in Millard County, State of Utah, and is found in the following
survey subdivisions:
T15S, R4W, SLBM: Sections 20, 29, 32
T16S, R4W, SLBM: Sections 5, 7, 8, 18, 19
T16S, R5W, SLBM: Sections 24, 25, 26, 35
T17S, R5W, SLBM: Sections 2, 10, 11, 15, 21, 22, 28, 33
T18S, R5W, SLBM: Sections 4, 9, 10, 15, 22, 26, 27, 34, 35
T19S, R5W, SLBM: Sections 2, 11, 12, 13, 24
T19S, R4W, SLBM: Sections 19, 30, 31
T20S, R4W, SLBM: Sections 6, 7, 18
T20S, R5W, SLBM: Sections 13, 24, 25, 34, 35, 36
T21S, R5W, SLBM: Sections 3, 4, 9, 10, 16
These locations are more particularly described in the Notice of Intent
to Abandon Canal and Water Conveyance Easement signed by Central
Utah Water Company’s President Ladd Brent Holman and recorded on
February 28, 2017 with the Millard County Recorder as Entry No.198412,
