Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 22, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center in the City Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input on an amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map that will affect Utah County parcels 30:056:0011, 30:056:0014, 30:056:0015, and 30:056:0016. located at approximately 11042 S (County) Goosenest Drive. The property is currently zoned R-1-12 Single Family Residential, and it is proposed that the zone be changed to MH-2 Mountain and Hillside Zone.
