NOTICE OF PROPERTY DISCONNECT FROM MIDWAY CITY

The E. W. Ted and Christine C. Caldwell Trust has petitioned to disconnect 1.83 acres from the boundary of Midway City. The approximate location of the disconnect is 690 West Wards Lane. A boundary description of the proposed disconnect is:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH; RANGE 4 EAST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN; NORTH 00̊06\'36 WEST 2055.56 FEET ALONG THE SECTION LINE; THENCE EAST 1320.03 FEET TO A POINT ON THE MIDWAY CITY LIMIT; THENCE NORTH 00̊21\'45\" EAST 271.47 FEET ALONG THE MIDWAY CITY LIMIT; THENCE NORTH 01̊29\'34\" EAST 22.03 FEET ALONG THE MIDWAY CITY LIMIT TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING FOR THE DISCONNECT;
THENCE NORTH 01̊29\'34\" EAST 61.39 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 02̊49\'46\" EAST 140.23 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 06̊02\'18\" EAST 150.09 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 89̊53\'30\" EAST 192.83 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 02̊37\'51\" WEST 229.54 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 87̊36\'11\" EAST 77.54 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 04̊51\'28\" WEST 122.66 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 89̊04\'19\" WEST 273.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
