Notice is hereby given that the Midway City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting at 6:00 p.m., March 21, 2017, at the Midway City Community Center
160 West Main Street, to consider the following item:
Midway City has received a proposal from Lindsay Bowen for a Variance from the terms of Section 16.13.33 (B) which requires that all fences within 30’ of any street right-of-way not exceed 4’ in height. The property is located at 211 South 200 East which is Lot 9 in Timpanogos View Estates.
