Notice of Rehabilitation Work for the Indian Community Development Block Grant Project and Indian Housing Block Grant construction/rehabilitation projects for Program Year 2017
The Ute Indian Housing Authority (UIHA) will be entering the fifth year of an Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) project for the rehabilitation of home ownership and low income rental units. The homes are located throughout the counties of Duchesne and Uintah, in the State of Utah. The work will consist of interior and exterior rehabilitation work, roofing, plumbing, and HVAC.
During 2017 UIHA will advertise for the rehabilitation of its low income rental units funded with Indian Housing Block Grant which are located in Duchesne and Uintah counties. Work on these projects will be conducted throughout the calendar year 2017.
This announcement is to inform potential bidders that all bidders will be required to provide UTERO permits, Ute Tribal Business license, Access permits, and required Insurance information with any bid submitted. Failure to submit these documents with the bid will result in the bid being determined non-responsive.
