On proposed improvements for Millcreek Drive,

Moab City and the Utah Department of Transportation, herewith, advise all interested persons or groups that an official Public Hearing (open house format) will be held for this project. The proposed project includes intersection improvements and a center turn-lane on Millcreek Drive between US-191 and Spanish Valley Drive in Moab, Utah.
An official Public Hearing will be held for this project on March 21, 2017, at the Moab City Council Chambers (217 East Center Street) in Moab, Utah from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Members of the public are invited to visit the open house at any time during this period and are encouraged to provide comments on the project.
Information to be presented at the hearing will include the purpose of the project and information gathered during the environmental study. During the hearing, comments will be received from all interested persons or groups regarding the features of the proposed project or its social, economic, and environmental effects. Comments may also be submitted to Peter Steele at 801-763-5202, via email to, or mailed to Horrocks Engineers, 2162 West Grove Parkway, Suite 400, Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062. Comments need to be submitted by April 10, 2017 in order to be included in the official transcript of the public hearing proceedings.
