The Cluff Ward Water Company is requesting to amend Lot 2 of the Hamilton Subdivision Plat to create an area of land for installation of a culinary water tank to serve residential homes in the area. The proposed water tank requires a Conditional Use Permit per the Eastern Summit County Development Code.
