NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed proposals will be received by Flaming Gorge Road & Transportation
Special Service District by the Daggett County Clerk, 95 North 100 West, Manila, Utah,
84046 until 5:00 p.m. March 7, 2017 for the Flaming Gorge Road & Transportation Special Service District Browns Park Road Phase 3 Project in Daggett County. Bids are to be addressed to Flaming Gorge Road & Transportation Special Service District at the above address. Bids will be opened at 6:00 pm on March 7, 2017.
The project consists of approximately 2,914 Cu Yds of Roadway Excavation,
12,300 Cu Yds Untreated Base Course, 22,660 Cu Yds of Borrow, 268,858 Sq Yd of Chip Seal Coat Type II, and 2,214 Lin Feet Culvert/Box Culverts in the Browns Park Area.
The entire project is to be completed by July 31, 2017.

Specifications, proposal forms, and plans may be obtained only from CIVCO Engineering, Inc. at the above location for the cost of $ 50.00 Dollars. Electronic PDF versions of the Bid Documents can be obtained at no cost by contacting CIVCO Engineering Inc.
Each bidder must submit a bid bond from an approved surety company licensed in Utah and in good standing on forms provided by the surety company; or in lieu
thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier’s check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Flaming Gorge Road & Transportation Special Service District as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the
bidder will execute the contract and finish the contract bonds as required. The Flaming Gorge Road & Transportation Special Service District reserves the right to reject any and or all bids.
