WHITE AND GLENA RAE WHITE, TRUSTEES OF THE WHITE INVER VIVOS RECOVABLE TRUST, DATED FEBRUARY, 2011 Beneficiary, by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby.

Notice of Default was recorded November 2, 2016 as Entry No 259859 in Book 504 at Page 850 of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at a public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property in the County of Beaver, State of Utah

Tax ID No. 02-0161-0009: The Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 30 South, Range 17 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.

Together with all rights, privileges, easements, rights of way, improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anyway appertaining thereto.

Together with 4 acre feet of underground water rights evidenced by WR No. 14-15.

for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.

The sale is subject to a bankruptcy filing, a payoff, a reinstatement or any other condition of which the trustee is not aware that would cause the cancellation of the sale. If any such condition exists, the sale shall be void, the successful bidder\'s funds returned and the trustee and current beneficiary shall not be liable to the successful bidder for any damage.

Bidders must tender to the trustee a $5,000.00, NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 12:00 noon the day following the sale.
