NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, to propose amending the flag lot ordinance and removing the flag lot ordinance from section 02-14-002 Supplementary Regulations and adding it into each of the appropriate zone chapters (02-21-006 A-1, 02-22-009 RA-1, and 02-23-009 RA-2).
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact Joshua Bake at (435) 789-9090.
