The following property will be sold at a public auction to the highest bidder on the 26th day of July, 2012, @ 11:00 A.M. at the front door of the Beaver County Court House, 2160 South 600 West, Beaver, Utah in the County of Beaver, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY OF BEAVER COUNTY, TRUSTEE on the Deed of Trust made by OLD FRONTIER PROPERTIES, LLC and JEFF D. WOOD, as Trustor, Recorded January 15, 2009 as Entry No. 168403 in Book 497 at Pages 307 of the Official Records of Beaver County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of UTAH INDEPENDENT BANK, by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby.
Notice of Default was recorded November 16, 2011 as Entry No 1795555 in Book 544 at Page 542 of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at a public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property in the County of Millard, State of Utah

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 111, Plat “A”, FILLMORE CITY SURVEY and running thence South 133 feet; thence East 224 feet; thence North 133 feet; thence West 224 feet to the point of beginning.

for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
