The real property is located in Juab County, Mona, Utah. The current beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is GUNNISON VALLEY BANK and the recorded owner of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is STEVEN TODD ROBISON and SARAH ROBISON. A Substitution of Trustee and Notice of Default were recorded on November 10, 2011, as Entry 00266972, Bk 0547, Page 213 and Entry 00266973, Book 547, Pages 215respectively, in the official records of the Juab County Recorder, State of Utah.
