NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the Main Entrance, Weber County Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT, on March 27, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed on April 10, 2009 by Jennifer Brannin and Sean Brannin, as trustors, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Paramount Equity Mortgage, its successors and assigns, covering the following real property purported to be located in Weber County at 2466 Monroe Boulevard, Ogden, UT 84401 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address), and more particularly described as: Part of Lot 5, Block 8, Plat "B ", Ogden City Survey, Weber County, Utah: Beginning at a point 139.25 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 5 and running thence North 42.25 feet; thence East 8 rods; thence South 42.25; thence West 8 rods to the place of beginning. The sale is subject to bankruptcy filing, payoff, reinstatement or any other circumstance that would affect the validity of the sale. If any such circumstance exists, the sale shall be void, the successful bidder 's funds returned and the trustee and current beneficiary shall not be liable to the successful bidder for any damage. Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 12:00 noon the day following the sale.
