THIRD AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the Main Entrance, Farmington District Court, 800 West State Street, Farmington, UT, on March 22, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed on June 28, 2005 by Douglas WR Wood and Kim W. Wood, as trustors, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Sun Valley Mortgage Services LLC, its successors and assigns, covering the following real property purported to be located in Davis County at 2216 East 7400 South, South Weber, UT 84405 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address), and more particularly described as: Beginning 2242 feet East 33 feet North of the Southwest Corner of Section 26, Township 5 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian and running thence East 100 feet; thence North 467 feet; thence West 100 feet; thence South 467 feet to the point of beginning. Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
