Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded on May 4, 2010, as Entry No. 170200, in Book 603, at Page 153, of the Official Records in the office at the County Recorder of SANPETE County, State of Utah executed by ALICE TURNER, A SINGLE PERSON WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST TENDER A DEPOSIT OF $20,000 IN CERTIFIED FUNDS TO THE TRUSTEE AT THE TIME OF SALE, WITH THE BALANCE DUE BY NOON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, AT THE OFFICE OF THE TRUSTEE. At the main entrance of the Sanpete County District Court, 160 North Main, Manti, Utah all right, title, and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the the property situated in said County and State described as:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 3, BLOCK 98, PLAT “A”, MANTI CITY SURVEY, SANPETE COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH, THENCE WEST 72.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 85.0 FEET, THENCE EAST 72.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 85.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The street address and other common designation of the real property described above is purported to be: 144 East 400 North Manti, UT 84642 The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if any, shown herein. Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition, or encumbrances, including fees, charges, expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining principle sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust.
