NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the Main Entrance, Weber County Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT, on March 20, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed on March 27, 2007 by James Alden Long, as trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee IndyMac Bank, F.S.B., its successors and assigns, covering the following real property purported to be located in Weber County at 675 29th Street, Ogden, UT 84403 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address), and more particularly described as: A part of Lot 2 and 3, Block 4, SOUTH OGDEN SURVEY: Beginning at a point 538.04 feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot 2 to the South line of 29th Street and West 75 feet to the place of beginning; thence West 60 feet, thence South 187.5 feet; thence East 60 feet; thence North 187.5 feet to the place of beginning.
