Richfield City - Library Director Position

Richfield City is accepting applications for a City Library Director. This position is responsible for a variety of professional and administrative duties in planning, implementing and directing Richfield City public library services. This position works under the broad policy guidance and direction of the Richfield Library Board and the State Library Board. Provides general guidance and direction to Assistant Librarian(s), clerks, and volunteer workers and must be able to work well with others and the public in resolving disputes and complaints.
Qualifications and requirements include: Graduation from college with an associate degree in Library Science; and five (5) years of library experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
