At the main entrance of the Sevier County district court 895 East 300 North Richfield Utah all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State described as: Beginning at the northeast corner of lot 1, block 1, plat “a”, Redmond townsite survey; thence west 107.25 feet; thence south 103.125 feet; thence east 107.25 feet; thence north 103.125 feet to the point of beginning. The street address and other common designation of the real property described above is purported to be: 210 South State Street Redmond Ut 84652. Estimated Total Debt as of March 22, 2012 is $108,304.70.
