Separate sealed Bids for the Construction of the Duchesne County Upper Country Water Improvement District – Yellowstone River Waterline Crossing Project will be received by the Duchesne County Upper Country Water Improvement District at the District Offices, 4132 North 15675 West, Altamont, UT 84001, until 11:00 a.m., March 6, 2012, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
The principal items of work are approximately as follows:
BASE BID: INSTALL 500 FEET OF 14-INCH HDPE CULINARY WATERLINE WITH 200 FEET OF 20-INCH STEEL CASING FOR RIVER CROSSING. INSTALL TWO 12-INCH GATE VALVES, WITH THE UPSTREAM VALVE CONTAINED IN A MONITORING MANHOLE, AND ASSOCIATED APPURTENANCES.
The project is to be completed by 30 days from notice to proceed.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Specifications, Drawings, and Addenda, may be examined at the following locations:

All BIDDERS are required to have payment and performance bonds underwritten by a Surety Company approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. (Circular 570, latest edition).
