NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the Main Entrance, Weber County Courthouse, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, UT, on March 20, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed on December 13, 2007 by Charles Bonica and Christine Hester, as trustors, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Academy Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, covering the following real property purported to be located in Weber County at 5148 South 2500 West, Roy, UT 84067 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address), and more particularly described as: Part of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, U.S. Survey: Beginning at a point 363.00 feet North of the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of said Northwest quarter section, running thence North 76.25 feet, thence East 157.5 feet to the West line of the property of Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, thence South 76.25 feet, thence West 157.5 feet to the point of beginning.
